The image below is my contribution to the style that is Chinoiserie. Chinoiserie is a decorative style that is characterised by the use of Chinese motifs and techniques. My exploration focusses on the motifs rather than technique. My technique involved preliminary hand drawn sketches that were scanned and then uploaded into my computer. From there I worked in Adobe Illustrator. I enjoyed every minute of this illustration and I hope it contributes to your moment, the moment that you see it. love qershi xxx http://www.qershi.com
